XYINSTRA was born out of what was consistently heard during our facilitation of international leadership and project management workshops over many years.  People were frustrated with leadership expectations, how they were treated and the inefficient environments that limited their ability to perform their duties.

Management itself was under immense pressure, which was invariably passed on. 

This 'emotional dance' transcended international boundaries.

Authority felt untouchable, and yet Generations X, Y and Z pressed home the need for them to see more than the balance sheets. This made organisations realise the cost of ignoring what was happening internally.  This is still a leadership challenge.
